Complaint Review: Montel Williams Health Master Customer Services

Montel Williams Health Master Customer Service paid for expidited shipping, didn't recieve product, was told they had not idea when product would be shipped Fairfield New Jersey

We ordered Montel's Living Well HealthMaster System and paid extra to receive our product within 7-10 days. We called to check the status of our order and we were told that the product was on back order and we wouldn't receive it for 4-6 weeks. We told them that we paid extra for shipping and they said "yeah, we will be shipping it to you soon???"

When asked for a date that it would be shipped we were told "we have no idea." We then asked to speak with somebody who would know when it will be shipped and we were told that there was nobody we could speak to.

We then asked for a manger and were refused three times by employees (Edward T14, Sammy R24, and Stephanie the "supervisor" T08 who was worse than all of them put together) and hung up on by another before we could get the ID number. It is unbelievable how terrible the customer service is.

We eventually canceled our order which was disappointing. Hopefully they will return our money as fast as they took it.
