This company, Monterstar Limited, operates a website called Montsr.com, which fraudulently obtains credit card numbers and submits bogus charges on these cards. They have ripped me off for 39.99 on 1/28/03.
They likely know that $40 is a threshold for credit card security watchdogs. I am reporting them to the various authorities, but I have little hope that they will be stopped in this way.
