Having placed an order with MOOKIEGIFTS.com ON 12/17/07 I expected shipment of said order within 3-10 business days as stated on their website. I have yet to receive my order (as of 1/11/08). I have attempted to email admin@mookiegifts.com, as well as dan@mookiegifts.com several times. My emails go unanswered. The phone number listed on their website rings and rings and eventually disconnects. The amount charged for this order has yet to be deducted from my bank account which I suppose is a good thing. I want my order cancelled and have notified "Dan" however of course, no confirmation of cancellation has been received by me. My order confirmation receipt states that MookieGifts is connected to the "Yahoo! Store Order System." Seems to me that there should be some amount of consumer protection available involving YAHOO!
