Complaint Review: Moonlightdiscounts Instantegoods

I purchased downloadable only Microsoft software from a company called MoonLightDiscounts.com. I received a confirmation email with the information for downloading the software but there was no key activitation number and no link directing you back to their website. I decided to wait until the next day to check a little closer on the download link and also to call the for help as well as send them an email, but found to my surprise that the website was non-existant and the email was returned.

I called the phone number 909-581-8046 and got an answering machine directing me to another website for any help questions only to find that this website was also non-existent. When I did a search of the phone number, I found that it was also listed as instantegoods.com, another scam company apparently with an address in Chino Hills, California. I wish I had done the homework first and searched the telephone # and/or business name.
