Purchased a Chocolate Shar Pei pup the end of May. The breeder promised the contract and AKC Papers would be sent, still nothing. She took my calls until a month ago, now won't take them or return them. I had no choice but to file a Consumer Complaint with the Dept of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
