Moore Head Heating & Air of the Upstate Pushed out a repair until the states limitation for liability lapsed for consumer protection Anderson South Carolina
2015 Purchased AC unit from Moorhead that leaked FREON from the start. Company was given ample tries to correct the issue. 3 years later, and being told to take my complaints elsewhere (repaired by another AC service company) now the states limitation on consumer protection has ran out and they say that they are no longer liable; how convienient to not be able to detect the real problem until you are no longer liable.
Moorehead has charged me a total of around $500.00 for 2x Freon refills that now have has been determinded to be from thier faulty installation. All I get from them is that thier company did not install the unit. Very unprofessional. I have filed with the BBB but MH is not professional enough to even reply to the complaint.
