I purchased the Kicker Audio/Mopar Dodge Ram 1500 Sub from Mopar for $537.08

It is advertised as an upgrade that adds bass and sound to a Dodge Ram 1500.

I paid a place to install it. They installed it for $300 and while I was there I got in the car because their technician told me I should listen to it and it sounded horrible.

The bass was far less than what is was before this was installed. It was so bad I had to pay them to uninstall it while I was there, another $80 for the hour.

So then I was out $380 and driving home to call Mopar to return it.

They told me there is a NO REFUND policy on elctronics.

So in the end I am out $537.08 for the part, and $380 for the install and uninstall.

Mopar should have to pay me $900 for this since their website and the details of the item fail to explain that if you already have an upgraded system in your Dodge Ram that the item will not work or will not make it any better in any way, in fact it will make it worse, even if you unplug the sub that is in there already.

In the end I recoommend to anyone out there to not use Mopar for any electronics since they do not allow returns or refunds and are not honest with their descriptions of items.
