DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY RUN!- I purchased their website services approx. A year ago. I was not unhappy with the website. I purchased a video package from them for 2500.00 at time of signing up. I got a secondary bid, and within two days I called and requested to cancel. No work had been done in fact the ink was barely dry. I requested in writing. I was sent an email saying that its non- cancelable. I protested through phone calls and emails they held their ground. So then I decided to shoot it so i would not lose my 2500. Well, that's where it really got shady. A customer service rep named Jessica kept emailing me for pictures and B roll.

Everything I sent wasn't good enough. I finally said all I have is You-Tube. (I am a speaker) . I sent my pictures and logos on Sept 23. This is December 6th, and after a threating email I get a response from Jessica, "We never received your pictures?" I sent her my email from Sept 23rd with all pictures. As you can see from all these BBB reviews, this company is a total sham, and I am requesting a full refund of my 2500. I intend to post all of these BBB reviews and mine on EVERY social media site on a daily basis. I don't want others RIPPED OFF like myself. These are bad people...buyers BEWARE!!!!

 

 

Update: They sent me a "compromise" - First of all WHY WOULD I COMPRISE? I paid full price, and they SCREWED ME! 3 60 second videos that most was mine from YouTube they repurposed, they owe me headshots.... I told them I paid for a 4-5 "movie" . DONT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Look at their online reputation. Customers hate them; Glassdoor says employees hate them RUN!!!!
