Jerry Morter employs Joshua Vantilborg. Vantilborg is a fraud and a thief, run out of Fullerton for stealing from elderly people, refinancing their homes without their knowledge or consent, defrauding the people and government by doctoring attendance records to obtain many school loans only to use the money for drugs, never once even stepping foot onto a college campus.
I am collecting a judgment for damages caused by Vantilborg, for fraud, theft and illegal diversion of funds. Everyone on Fullerton knows that Vantilborg works for Jerry Morter who owns Morco Foods Inc., and Rialto Cafe. Jerry Morter was served with collection papers, a Write of Execution for Wage Garnishment, served by the Orange County Sheriff. Jerry Morter wrote his response to the court under Penalty of Perjury, as a local businessperson and corporation responsible to the community for fair and honest dealing, stating that Joshua Van Tilborg does not work for him.
Jerry Morter is purposely obstructing justice because of his need for friends, after removing Vantilborg from our community sending him back to mommy's house, Jerry scraped him up from the gutter and now supports and hides him. Jerry Morter will answer to the court by force, and the Employment Development Department for Payroll Tax Evasion, and for unfair business practice for which he will be sued and ordered to pay treble damages.
Jerry Morter is a fraud, a fake, and alcoholic in need of gutter-buddies just to keep around and make himself feel important. Why walk the high road Jerry, when you can slither the low road and stay close to the gutter in search of friends and company. What a disappointment to yourself, your family, and the community.
