Complaint Review: Moreno And Woods - Marshall & Ziolkowski

I am officially at the end of my rope. Moreno and Woods called my father today. my father still has a rotary phone and doesn't have caller i.d. so he answers every call that comes in. he doesn't have call waiting either and this is very relevant to my horror story about moreno and woods. the last time my father called with an onimous tone and said, daughter call me as soon as you get this msg its very important; i called him back to find out that my brother died.

imagine my frantic calls to my dads house ringing busy for a solid 30 minutes because he doesn't have call waiting. i thought i lost another brother but when my dad answered he told me that some one called moreno and woods contacted him and let him know that there was a litigation against me in two days and they were suing me and or taking me to court and countless other garbled information and phone numbers;

I have never used my father as a credit reference or even next of kin because he didn't raise me, i was raised by my step father who passed away so how on Gods green earth did Moreno and Woods find my biological father? and harrass him and terrify him to the point were he felt the need to leave an onimous msg? Moreno and Woods did an illegal inquiry on my credit report which i only found out after dolling out 1200 dollars that i didn't have, that i could have paid toward my car note which by the way is delinquent.

i filed a claim against them after i saw their inquiry and after i noticed the credit card they spoke of had not decreased in the amount owed which by the way was in the year 2000 and back then it was 200 dollars which some how jumped to 3000 dollars and depending on which creditor i got, that number fluxuated. they are chareltons and i truly want them to cease and desist calling my father and go away forever. i need advise, cleary.
