Will promise to get money from you, but then the lies start. It started with me from day one. The ower will lie, like the contractors did not show up and I called and he said the truck broke down. They will rent another and will come tomorrow. I called when they did not show up and he siad the job ran over time at the other location. And lies keep coming and coming. My job completed but late.
If you have a job with the company don't pay them until you have checked everything works and not just completed the job. If you pay them and the next day you notice something is not working, the forget hearing from them. If you do hear back it will be lies. I have attempted to contact the owner via email, phone, text several time over the last two months for issue with my panel and I have not gotten a response back.
I have been very patient and courteous when dealing with Doug, but my patients is running very low. If I had know, I would rather pay more and have better customer serivce and installing experience. I hope readers reading this post will be avoided the headache that I am going through with the company.
