I wired $4000 and signed Morgan Bremner's Market Amerika locating contract on March 4, 2009. In the first Six weeks we had many back and forth calls regarding when he would be complete with his locating, considerate calls to check in in regards to progress (since we already gave the money). He kept telling us he was waiting on "market surveys."

I spoke with Morgan 5 weeks ago (I mark all conversation dates with Morgan down in my daytimer) and he told me that 3 weeks MAX would be the time until locating our route was complete. He called a week after (4 weeks ago) trying to get us to pay an additional $2k for "life time warranty." He told me that he was not meaning to add peer pressure, but ALL his other locating clients have bought the warranty. I asked for references of these "other clients." He told me he would round them up and that he would call me that weekend (this was a Thursday). It is now 6-10-09 and heard nothing since our last call, four weeks ago. I called and emailed today; with no response.

Morgan with Market Amerika (Location America) did call me back today 6/10/09 (the day I submitted this report, emailed and phoned him).

Morgan acknowledge that his company was not able to secure locations for me within the contracted 90 day time frame (this, he said, was due to the poor economy (locations are hard to secure) and there was a difficulty finding good locators to hire with a solid track record). Therefore, he was very apologetic and expressed the responsibility to refund my full amount of $4000.

He also said he would do his best to go above and beyond to help me clean up the mess I was left with from the 2Sisiter's ordeal. He reconfirmed with me that his company is not involved with 2Sisters and that several "heated" discussions took place between him and 2Sisiters regarding the drama that had recently unfolded regarding their business practices. He bluntly told me that they told him to "stay out of it".

He did reiterate to me that many (unethical) location companies (in this situation) would just disappear and change their name, later to reopen under a different name. He stated that this was not the case with his business (I have checked his business with the Sec of state and it has been in good standing and registered since 2002 ... that does say a lot!). He said his goal is to fix the situation to my satisfaction. Thank you Morgan.
