Morgan Buildings and Spas Purchase Spa July 2012, 9 months later, Still have not received product Spring, Texas

Purchased a spa in July 2012 for around $6500. Paid in full through check which was cashed by Morgan within a couple of weeks. Originally the sales person said it would take around 8 weeks for the hot tub to be built and delivered. I even had electric run in back of house to prepare for the spa delivery. Several months later, I had still not received the spa. Morgan said they were waiting on parts to come in to build the spa.

By January, the spa still had not been built. I filed a complaint through the Dallas BBB since that is where Morgan Spas headquarterd. In response to the complaint, Morgan said they were still working on getting parts to build the spa and did not offer to refund my purchase or offer to provide a different model in the place of the one I ordered that was in stock.

It is now April and 9 months later and I still haven't heard back from Morgan on the status of the spa. $6500 was a lot of money for this single mom and the customer service has been horrible when I call corporate. I have to constantly call them for an update and they should be calling me to give me a status. I would never recommend using this company for a spa purchase. If I don't receive a spa by July when a year hits since I have purchased, I will file a lawsuit in small claims court for a refund of my purchase.
