Morgan's Landscaping Landscaper Just Takes the Money and Runs La Grange Illinois
Mr. Morgan was contracted to do some yard work for me. I paid him the first $1000 to begin work. He did some work, maybe half of what he was supposed to do and then I didn't see or hear from him. When I checked the work he did complete, it was substandard. Plants I asked to be removed were not. Plants that I asked to leave were removed. I would text Mr. Morgan and he would say that he would be out on such and such a day and then I would not see or hear from him. After it became clear that there was a problem, I started asking specifically when my job would be complete. He would give me a date, the date would come and go without a word from Mr. Morgan. Mr. Morgan came up with numerous excuses why he couldn't deliver on his promises. He was in ill health

He also tried to blame it on a truck in repair. It was in bad need apparently as the repair seemed to span over a week. These are just excuses. The man was in fine health and most of the work he did do he did without a truck, he drove a car. You don't need a truck to weed. And he could have had the mulch and sod delivered if necessary.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB now. I have already tried to resolve the matter through Thumbtack who introduced me to Mr. Morgan. They say they have removed him from their site. This helps me not at all.
