Complaint Review: Morgan Vanlines

 I should of called around and checked reviews on this company. I flew down to pack up my elderly mothers belongings. They came on right day but a few hours late. It was agreed they take my credit card but after packing they wanted cash then expected a tip! Everything was going ok until delivery day. They came in a truck that wouldn't fit to drive to my mom villa. I had to rent a uhaul with the driver. Finally they moved her in but never set anything up. So much was damaged and destroyed. My mom is 90 she had a lot of valuables so why did they have to be so careless. I took pics and called Ron he was nice but didn't want to see the pics. All he offered us was $250.00 for damages and we are still waiting for that. Morgan is not a union company so I can't file a complaint . They should be ashamed for what they did to a elderly lady but they are not. Don't use this company and warn others
