BAD BUSINESS DEALERS!

I went to Hewlett Kia to buy a new 06 Sedona. They were friendly and helpful, and when it came to the van I wanted, I only wanted a RED Sedona with leather interior. Hewlett Kia'a manager did a search, and found one at Moritz Kia of Ft. Worth. Paperwork was faxed from Moritz to provide the VIN # and information about the Sedona. We SIGNED THE PAPERWORK and finalized the deal on July 3. On July 5, Hewlett KIA paid a driver to drive a Sorento to Ft. Worth to trade for my Sedona, and deliver my Sedona back to Hewlett KIA in Georgetown. When the driver arrived to Moritz....MY Sedona WAS GONE! SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE! How could that be? I already signed the paperwork!!

THAT IS BAD BUSINESS! Do you care about your customers or fellow KIA dealaers? It is people like you that can destroy a company and its reputation!

Response to consumer complaint for Moritz Kia

Hewlett Kia, the selling dealer, did not notify Moritz Kia that the vehicle was sold and that contracts were signed. If we had recieved such notification, we would not have sold the vehicle. This complaint was the first notice we have had regarding this customer and there was no communication between the consumer and Moritz Kia as Hewlett Kia was the selling dealer.
