Complaint Review: Morning Start Researches and Monitoring

I received an email at the end of March indicating there was a work at home opportunity available as a email. It indicated I needed to respond if I was interested. I responded and was told the terms of the job within the body of the email. From there I was instructed to respond if I was interested and I was.

The terms in the email stated that I would be trying out items (could be coffee maker to a stroller) and submit a report as an evaluation of the product-whether it worked properly and personal opinion basically.

A contract was emailed and I had to sign it (it was already notarized, not by me) and I had to scan a copy of my ID to the last page of the contract and send it back. After that point I was given access to a website where I can see incoming packages and this would be where I would submit my report. 

After reviewing this website, the job 'Quality Assurance Manager' took a different turn. I was supposed to receive packages; take pictures of what was inside; submit a report on what I found inside; then a shipping label would be available on the website for me to download after I submitted that "report"; then I have to ship the items. After shipping the items I had to scan the receipt and customer copy of the shipping label on this same website.

Let it be known that I got several emails, text messages and telephone calls from I don't know who now whenever the website indicated a package was shipped. And as soon as they sent the shipping label, another round of alerts was sent to ask me when I was going to ship the package(s).

NOW, the contract and website indicate that you are receive payment after 30 days from receiving your first package. So for me that would be May 4th. That fell on a Sunday, I didn't see any payment so I gave them a benefit of the doubt because it was the weekend. Let me also add that after 4/30/14 I was no longer receiving packages. There was a complete hault. I sent a email on 5/2 to asks what is going on because on the website it said I had incoming packages, but nothing was delivered. I was told "We tried to find additional information for these packages". I don't know who we is. Now they indicate that you can receive payment by check, direct deposit or PayPal. I have a PayPal account so I gave that to them after I signed the contract.

I happened to ask again 5/5/2014 if they needed my PayPal account info and I was told yes. So I gave it. Nothing happened-I didn't get any money. I said ok?. I added my Amex serve account info for direct deposit on that website 5/6/14 and nothing happened again. I called today and this is the first time I got no answer. Someone always would answer me on the 2nd ring when I used to call.

There's another woman who posted about this company just before me. I am a mother too and I had alot riding on receiving payment from these people. I was supposed to get $1790. I did my research on these people and I didn't find a scam report until today 5-7-14.And just like her, this is month 1 working for these people. I looked them up on the BBB and the company does exist, but one point that the other woman posted is that these people who ripped us off is using that company's name.

All packages except one that I sent went to Russia. I was getting Iphones, clothes, workout items, stereo items and to think all of this was in vain. I wasted alot of printer ink for the shipping labels and gas to get to the post office. I know people take advantage of people and it sucks to say that I did my research and come to find that today is the only time I'm seeing anything about this business being a scam. So I had to share my story. Avoid this company at all cost. Sometimes when something is too good to be true, it is. They messed with the wrong one though. I had too much at risk to be used and I don't care to work for these people, but I earned that $1760, so I will do what i can to see that atleast out of all this bs, that I get paid for my time and service.
