Complaint Review: Morningstar Mini Storage Alabaster Alabama

Morningstar Mini Storage in Alabaster, Alabama will steal your money.  I came in to make a payment like I do every month.  I came in on 10/10/15 and paid cash for my 10X15 climate controlled storage unit in Alabaster.  I was told by the manager Michelle Roberts that "our printer is broken and I cannot print you a receipt, but I will email you one".  I waited a few days and never got the receipt via email.  I called the store on 10/13/15 and was told very RUDELY by the manager that "we never received your payment and now your account is deliquent".  I was also told I owed them at $15 late fee and my unit would be auctioned if I did not pay immediately.  I paid cash in the amount of $165 on the 10th.  The manager pocketed the money and did not apply it to my account!
