Morris 4X4 Center Failure to deliver correct equipment Pompano Beach, Florida
I recently decided to upgrade my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and decided to purchase new front and rear bumpers, lights, a roof rack, etc. I received some of the parts in a timely manner and began the work. During the process of installing the lights I realized that one of my Hella headlights was not working. Red Flag #1 equipment arrived in less than operational condition.
I contacted the company and they sent me a new light. The roof rack system that I ordered took three weeks to arrive. When it arrived at my location it was determined that I had the wrong roof rack. When I contacted the company to let them know this I was informed that I had ordered the wrong system. Nothing could be furthur from JEEP the truth I know that I ordered the correct system but their must have been an internal error with their online ordering system. The Roof rack that I recieved was for a 4 Door instead of a 2 door JK.
Flag #2 equipment ordered not the same on billing statement
The lady that I spoke with stated that I would have to pay for return shipping to get the correct JK roof rack for my Jeep. I really wanted to get the roof rack to my Jeep so I reluctantly agreed to pay the return shipping $98.00 out of pocket for someone elses mistakes. Today I received the new roof rack from Morris 4X4.
Flag #3 sent the wrong equipment multiple times!
The roof rack that I received was for my Jeep! Unbelieveable after dealing with this problem for a month I still have not received the correct roof rack and I still don't have a resolution. If you value your time I recommend not buying from Morris 4X4. I have had to miss work to take equipment to FEDEX that I did not order. I have had to pay additional money out of pocket for other peoples mistakes. I will not do business with Morris 4X4 again.
