Morris Beech Hutson, AKA Tennants Unlimited AKA Beechan,

Presents himself and his companies of being a land investment and developmen firm. Buying Large tracks of land and then performing simultaneous closings to buyers of the smaller tacks of land that he has suposidly purchased with investors money.
His claim to this investment SCAM is that with your investment of 100,000.00 or more!! you will be given a return on your investment of 40-60 percent in just a 30-90 day window.

I gave him a large sum of money of which he claimed to of invested in a large trac of land, which he said would close in just 30 days.


He never used my money for that purpose and refuses to tell me what he did with my money. He continues to promise he will pay me the money. Lawyers have written letters back and forth. But the reality is that he has taken the money from me and others. Apparently he has a history of doing this and the police in both Bryan County and Chatham County are aware of him.

He continues to do this type of scam. He also scams companies and Demos equipment as if he is going to purchase it, until they repo it or sue.
