Morris Hutson's girl friend, found our classified ad for rentals available. Says he needs to rent while he is building a house. She was told that our rentals are not for short term lease, end of conversation.
And then 2 weeks later, Morris and Delilah just "Drop in" unannounced and in a friendly manner looks at the property for rent, and then asks to see the rest of our property. Morris admires the horses in our pasture, and comments that he has trained about 6000 (yes, six thousand) horses. I figured that would take a person about 436 years if he could train 1 horse every 4 weeks.
An hour and a half later Morris then turns around and makes us an offer OF $600,000 to purchase all available land (55 60 acres) so that he can build his house and live in seclusion. He also offered us a "lifetime" agreement for the seller to continue to use the property.
The following day he is back to take photos of the property, and asks to buy all of our rentals, also. (This adds approximately $800,000 to the prior offer.) He will have his attorney draw up a contract and then have everything surveyed. Morris needs to know right away because the attorney is also working on another closing of property that he is selling and he could have our contract worked out at the same time. Morris repeats that he will only be paying 100% CASH.
Then Morris says he would like to keep everything "quiet" until the deal is completed. Morris apparently targets "expensive properties, works into a contract and has your property all tied up.
Talk is cheap and unfortunately not illegal! So, just tell him to go away you are not interested in selling. Warn others....

have known morris a long time. done business with him and am a friend of his. he does do developments and knows much about horses. have found him do be honest and morris has a big heart. i would trust him with anything and so should others. it's nut's to think how people get pleasure and enjoyment out of hurting others. the person who wrote this about morris exaggerates or worse.

i happen to know both of the people mentioned in this complaint. they are good people and i think that mr. hutson is smart and hard working while struggling with this bad economy. i am aware of serveral successful projects hutson has done. much of what is on the ripoff report is based on attacks caused by divorce. i lived close to hutson for years and have conducted business deals. i think this report filed against mr hutson is out of line and lacks the entire truth on the party who make this claim. i would not hesitate to do business with mr. hutson. the lady named also in this report has a perfect reputation and is so honest. it is a disgrace how people have nothing better to do in life than be full of gossip for it reads in the bible that gossiping is a sin. i find it a need to defend both mr. hutson and delilah as both hard working and wonderful. i person who first filed this report sounds crazy.
