Simply put Clayton from Fox and Friends used his celebrity to attract investors to purchase property in Indianapolis, IN. These were supposed to be rehabbed properties or properties that you could have his people rehab and you could make up to 12% return on your investment.
The truth is that it was a Ponzi Scheme where Clayton and Oceanpointe used the money from new investors to pay others who had invested while not doing any of the rehabs. In the end we were left with worthless properties and in many case fines and back taxes to pay.
