1.The transmission would not shift out of gear car only goes 35 miles per hr.

2.The main computer was disconnected by MB Morristown for some reason.


3.The engine light, SRS,ESP were on.


4.Upon picking up the car it was not drivable.


5.Was also told by the MB Morristown service dept. I needed parts for the computer cost $1,000.00 plus labor after paying them $465.00.


6.The battery was dead and would not start I purchase the rebuilt alternator from MB Morristown for $330.00 this is a $75.00--$100 item. I only brought to them because I thought the alternator was bad.No loaner car avaliable for me left car[2] days


7.Before bringing the car to MB it was running great the only problem was that something was causing the battery to drain.


8.Upon picking the car up and paying the bill on 4/17/2014 with all the lights on and not driving over 35 mile per hour I try to call the service dept. I left a number of messages no one called me back so I took car to the Exxon gas station show him the invoice and tech information from MB and left it over night.


9.I went in The Exxon station on 4/18/2014 and Alex the mechanic said he found the problem and that the wire in the harness had a short in it and fixed the problem please review attached both bills.
