Mortgage And Buying Solutions ,MABS, MABS Money Back Statement is a Lie! Phoenix Arizona
In June 2007 I paid $895 for the VIP package with the understanding there would from a Dan there would be no other charges. Well, that was a lie. After they got my money from the credit card and I talked then to a Jason who was supposed to be the one coaching and mentoring.
He then started telling the other things I needed to get like web pages, and other things in order to do the business. I informed him that I had asked directly when I bought in was I going to have to spend money in other areas and I was told no.
Jason asked me who told me and I said Dan and he said that was strange and he would have to check it out. I said well if there was more money wanted, then I wanted out. I waited for a couple of days and I called back and I got ahold of Jason and I was told that the person who was to make the call was gone for a week and when they got back, then they would determine what I would get back.
I was never called and so I called back after a week and I was then told by another person that I was going to have to wait now a year before I could get a refund. So, I said OK, and like a fool I waited until two months before the deadline and I sent them a letter which was returned to me.
Then I emailed Dan and he told me that I did not sign their papers and they needed it all signed and into them and then I had to take out some advertisement. If I did not do this, then I would not get my money.
I said I told your company at the begining when they tries to get more money that I wanted out. I was put on hold because the one person that could make the call was gone. When they got back I was told I had to wait a year.
What these people are doing is criminal and I guess we are never to old to learn as it is now past the year and they have not returned my money. So, I will join up with all that have been slighted by this company scam in order to get my moneys back.

HAVE YOU REPORTED THIS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ARIZONA AND BBB?

I wondered if you have reported this to the above places? I looking into the company I saw it on BBB--but maps claims that they have no unresolved disputes with BBB--but no details on the site. I haven't called attorney general yet. But if all of you call, maybe you will, collectively, make a case.
