 Mortgage Assistance Agency. This company is out to get your money. I immediately became suspicious because a "Case Evaluator" named Gus started calling me very agressively. When I did speak to him, he did more bad-mouthing of the other companies I had talked to than he did about explaining his own company's business. Very unprofessional, rude, and immature. I decided to do some checking around because this guy made me very nervous and it is obvious they are paid on comission. After googling lmrsa.com and Widom Tree United I found out they have changed their name at least 10 times it looks like to me. They were with Rory Alarcon (now out of business), National Legal Associates (now out of business), RMA Legal Network (now out of business), Attorney Alliance Union (now out of business),Mortgage Consulting Network, Professional Marketing Group, Home Protection Bureau, Attorney Legal Network, and there may be more. Other phone numbers I have found for them are 949-484-0764, 800-531-6398, 800-940-9349, 949-382-1304, 800-610-4578. They wanted to put me with an attorney and have me pay upfront, not waiting utill the modification is done. There is no way I am going to do that, they should allow you to pay when the work is done, that is fair. If they were confident in their work they would do that.
