We purchased live mortgage transfer leads from this company. I spoke directly with a Jennifer Wilcox. Shame on me for not doing a better research. They appear to have many names and this seems to have happened to others. They are very responsive until you make payment. They have not delivered a single live lead nor have they returned my phone calls or answered my emails. I highly recommend to my peers to be very cautious working with this company. Do NOT give any money upfront. Use extreme caution. I am going to continue calling and emailing them and will report back if i have any success. For now, it appears that I was ripped off.
