Complaint Review: Mortgage Lenders.cc - Global Inet

My following statements are fact not fiction. They are based on information I have gathered and documented since I signed up approx. 2 months ago. I speak only on behalf of the florida area and not to any other state.

First - sales team. I worked with 3 members from sales and they all said that the return rate was no more than 25% which should make sense because these leads are scrutinized pretty extensively compared to other lead generating companies. Their contract states it. They also state that most of the leads would be over the 100k mark. This was important since the average close rate they state is 10%. Doing the math we would close 2 out fo 20 and if total min. of the closing is $200,000 we would certainly cover out cost and make a living.I spent $875 for 20 leads to test the validity of the program. To date we have selected approx. 20 leads and return 17. We didn't elect to take other leads which was approx. 130 because most if not all were under 100k and poor credit.

I have documentation to show when and how many times I tried to reach these individuals. 15 of the 17 couldn't be reached. President of the company - I spoke with the owner of the company - he was x215 if I am not mistaken....you can't reach him anymore through that extension. He said he admits that Florida is having issues and he is working on fixing it. I told him why didn't sales let me know of this. No answer other than he gave me more leads to compensate.

You would think that is commendable of him but if you can't reach anyone it wouldn't matter if you gave me 100 leads. You will not be able to reach them. Credibility. Customer service will not help you. They don't return you calls unless you get them physically by chance on the phone. She knows who she is. As a matter of fact, try calling them on Fridays. Or for any matter try calling.....the response is that she is in meetings. I have tried to peacefully work this out. I asked for refunds with no response.

Oh and lets look at contracts. I signed one and now 2 months later they have adjusted the following paragraph. [B]IXa. Refund Statement: MortgageLenders.cc is proud to stand behind our product. For clients licensed and whos filters are set for (CA, FL, TX, NJ, Ill, VA, MI) If our system cannot offer the majority of leads purchased in your licensed states within 90 days from the date your account is activated, a pro-rated refund will be made available upon request. All other states are covered by a 180 day refund policy if the majority of the leads purchased not including bonus leads cannot be fulfilled[/B] I can't even get into my account unless I agree to this clause. It clearly shows that there is a problem with getting enough leads.

And finally, if you think the fact that they give you a credit for returned leads is honorable on their part then buy only 5 leads cause it will take you a year to reach 5 people on the phone. So I ask all of you to share this with everyone in the business have them ask the following "what is the percentage of leads reached and verified by them?" they couldn't tell me and yet I can. As them to provide you with a reference from your territory who has purchased leads in the past month. And, dig deep with that reference. Ask them how many have they had contact with......you will be amazed how many of us give the typical percentages. Please note that no company is perfect but be very hesitate to purchase leads when specific data can't be provided. I would be proud to share the percentage of leads verified via the phone.....I would be proud to share the percentage of closings that I believe my company took part in.
