I was contacted by these folks after filling out an E-Loan application. They called and promised the world! The first thing they did was to order an aprasil of my house. No problem. The person showed up and demanded cash. OK. No problem. But caught me off guard.

I then asked for a reciept; can't have one. Must come from mortgage company. Not sure about this. I then over the next six week waited and waited. Sent documents and documents over and over again. They claimed that I didn't send them or they didn't recieve them. I keep excellent records and I know for a fact that most of these documents have been sent at least three times. I have left over 32 email, dozens of calls to my "rep" as I wait. I even asked them for just a copy of my "paid for" appraisil and they have not responded to date.

I realize these folks are sub-prime lenders and those of us that are forced to use them are a bit at a disadvanted. So please be careful. I am now working with another bank and will keep you posted!

I wish I waited to write the original complaint. After checking deeper into this and checking with my accountant... some of the blame is my fault. They appear to have come thru for me and I am now happy. Without getting into the personal details here... some/majority of the blame is do to indirect coraspondance. I will keep you posted if we now close in a timly manner.
