Complaint Review: Mortgage Lenders

On Dec. 6, 2005 I paid mortgage lenders $2750. for 55 leads and was suppose to receive 55 addittional leads for free. I was promised to have a lot of high quality leads from banks. I was told that my leads would be sent an email notification that I would be contacting them within 24 hours. I was told that I would be able to pick and choose my leads.

I have not recieved any credit for my 55 free leads. I have not recieved any leads at all for the state of Montana. I have requested a refund and have not received it. I was sent an email from the customer service after spending most of the day trying to contact them thru every means possible, before finaly getting an email response. These people use deceptive sales tactics and promise good service and great leads and none of this is remotely true.

I would love to have any contact with anyone concerning their contact with mortgage lenders. I would be more than willing to participate in any class action suit or anything else to get my money back and to help anyone else from being ripped off by this company.
