This company offers a service where you pay up front for them to make telemarketing phone calls for you. The lady who owns this company was in a financial bind, so in good faith I fronted her the money on 50 future transfers for which I paid $50 per transfer or $2500.00. At the time she also owed me atleast 10 transfers from a prior order. After we had a falling out, mainly from her inability to perform her duties for which I paid for, she claimed to be going out of business and has made no attempt to right the situation.

I would highly suggest that you avoid this company at all costs. Basically, she stole over $2500.00 from me.

I am the president of Mortgage Marketing Experts and vehemently deny the accusations stated here and would welcome anyone to contact me for clarification. The person posting the above is a mortgage loan originator that we have supplied live transfer leads for over a two year period. They referred us to several clients and obviously would not have done so if they were not very pleased with our services. When the mortgage market began to decline in desperation to bring in business the posting company started to grasp at straws and in doing so took advantage of a personal friend and client that I referred to him.

Many unscrupulous things were done to the client by the posting originator and in the end changed the client's entire real estate investing plans due to lack of attendance to details and time frames. The client has also given me permission to use his name and situation if anyone chooses to contact us regarding these allegations.

When approached by myself a dispute ensued and the post you are reading is intended (I can only imagine) to hurt our company's reputation and credibility in case we decide to go to the Office of Banks and Real Estate to report the inappropriate actions partaken in this situation.

Please feel free to contact us at any time for clarification and assurance that we did not and would not rip off any client. Dealing with originators that partake in inappropriate loan originating is not something we are interested in. In the end this dispute boiled down to our choice to no longer associate with anyone partaking in such behavior.
