These people advertise they are licensed lenders or brokers and do specialty loans. In fact they are not licensed by the state of California or any other state as a lender or broker.
The owner per California corp records is not licensed either. They advertise interst rates and take information and run credit with out having proper paper work and freely pass around our papers to many people that don't work for them or they sell our info and we have our credit run by companies we don't know.
We tried to save our forclosure and they wanted 5% to do the loan & 11.99% interest and 2 % broker fees. this was totally illegal in Illinois. they said this would help us.
The real kicker was that tried to have us sign our house over to them and agree to buy it back for an extra $8o,000 more than the loan in 3 years.. CROOKS....

They try to take your property and equity, they say they don't have to answer to state regulation because they are private lenders and don't answer to anyone.
they list 4-5 corporate names and only 1 is listed as a corporation and it's not licensed in any state. Yet they are doing loans and getting big fat checks from lenders and other companies that let them coat tail on some one elses license.. Report them amd publish them. Get even with them and pay them back, put them out of business and send them back to the country they came from. We don't need that type person in USA
