I received the information you sent. Unfortunately I still do not have a complete package from you. Please send the following documents:


1. Last two months bank statements, every single page. If the statement says Page 1 of 6 I need pages 1,2,3,4,5, and 6.even if they are blank they must be included

2. 2 recent paystubs, the ones we have are now too old

Hello

I spoke to a representative at your mortgage company and as of today nothing had been updated, due to them being extremely behind. Your financial package was submitted on 12/16 and they are updated through 12/12. I will follow up with them on 1/5 since I will be out of town on Wednesday and Thursday this week. I will be checking my emails as often as I can so please feel free to contact me. Please let me remind me that we did not have a complete financial package from you until 12/11, meaning we could not move forward until then.

Congratulations! You have just taken an important step in an effort to save your home from foreclosure!

My name is Andrea, I have been assigned to your case as your Loss Mitigation Specialist. I am in the process of preparing your file for loss mitigation negotiations.

The next step in our mitigation process is to obtain certain financial information from you and your household. The necessary forms are available on our website. You can obtain the forms by following these steps:

1. Visit www.ushomestead.com

2. Click on the FORMS link (blue button, top right of page)

3. Enter your password:

4. Print out the Work Out Package (use Standard or specific for your lender)

Please completely fill out all forms and collect the items requested in the Checklist Form within 72 hours. This must be faxed to me at (407) 475-0199 (please include a cover sheet) and I must get an email from you by tomorrow as to exactly when I can expect your fax. Once received I will review the information and contact you with any clarifying questions.

I would also like to take this opportunity to recap two important topics:

1. It is important for you to stay in constant contact with your Mitigation Team. You will be receiving emails and phone calls from us on a regular basis. It is imperative that you respond as soon as possible, and please, never take longer than 48 hours. Failure to respond in a timely manner could seriously impair our ability to negotiate a loss mitigation plan with your lender.

2. During this process you can still expect to get multiple calls from the collections department of your mortgage company, letters concerning the delinquency of your loan, and perhaps a call from the offices of the mortgage company's attorney. You have the right to speak with any of these parties. However, now that you have engaged HPS to assist you, we strongly recommend that you call us immediately in the event you are contacted or receive any documentation. Further direct communication with these departments or the mortgage company's attorney concerning your loan may seriously hinder and even undermine our ability to negotiate the BEST mitigation plan possible.
