We were new home buyers, went through this company and believed this guy that he could get us in the new house with no monies down, and the lowest interest rate ever. Well we bought the house in Sept. and was told by his wife the realtor that we were only responsible for taxes for the months we lived here. Now we have a bill for the whole years Taxes. At closing we went and was told you will need $2000.00, well I was like no way William told us we wouldn't have to pay anything???? Called William and he stated ok I have lowered my cost, So how does 171.00 sound, well it sounded alot better than $2000...we signed and now we find out he didnt lower his cost he deducted taxes at the time and now we owe, WE owe big time. Do not go trough this guy or his wife if you are buying in the Tulsa area. He will only hurt you in the long run

He almost went to jail over his illegal actions. He lost his Mortgage License and can no longer
originate or even process loans in the state of Oklahoma.

This will be my last response to the most ridiculous, unsubstantiated claim I have ever laid eyes on. The alleged "victim" has clearly taken the costly approcach if she is attempting to impair or impact my reputation to prospective buyers.

I clearly had my I's dotted and T's crossed, my paperwork is 100% complete and will validate there is no information to prove otherwise. The alleged "victim" has made false claims that will most likely have legal ramifications for "defamation of character".

I never gave the alleged "victim" information promising her taxes would not be due at the first of the year. On the other side, the alleged "victim" has no evidence that I made false claims verbally or in writing. The claim regarding another company having problems with me is factually incorrect.

The owner(s) of the real estate company never once told either the buyer or the girlfriend at any time, of problems and reputation issues with their company. It is possible they spoke with another agent who did not speak favorably of me but that is the nature of the business.

In fact, I have over $6M worth of production that would be quite the contrary. The claim regarding the local news speaks volumes about the alleged "victim". There was nothing done ILLEGAL,UNETHICAL, OR even something considered to be gray.

The news will not broadcast information that isn't supported with written proof or of use to the general public. There are true victims out there, who have real and legitimate problems and that is what goes on air. Not only did the alleged victim request no escrows, she was informed by myself and the title company of the amount of taxes due and the fact they were due in 2007.

If I made a mistake, it was giving the buyer and his girlfriend too much credit for their ability to comprehend information. I treat people the way they treat me. This was a loan in which the alleged victim never treated me with respect from the beginning and I bit my tongue over and over.

I did advise them I will CANCEL the loan if she continued to complain and 1 loan is not worth the frustration. My wife is much more sympathetic towards unprofessional and bluntly put "rude people". I on the other hand will not tolerate anyone who willing disrespects me in the course of business.

Hopefully in the future the alleged victim will learn from her mistakes and not speak on a public forum regarding unsubstantiated claims. There are consequences in the legal system for those who choose to do so.

Just to clarify on the response given by William on the 23rd I did call his company back an five different occasions asking for the owner, and still no answer from him instead I got a call from William....He explained things to me that should have been explained in the beginning and this mess would have never occurred. Instead he placed the blame on the title company, in which he chose. My tone was way different because I am still totally disgusted, and have even contacted the local news to get my story heared.

William doesnt even have good standing with his wifes company, so to be disgusted maybe he should look in the mirror and take credit for misunderstanding here.

As for the comment about my husband we are now married and my name is on the title to the house and the tax bill. All could have been solved if he hadnt been so unprofessional. I did complain about alot of things because we were new home buyers and looked to William for answers, when I did ask the question about the closing and questioned the monies, he stated very harshly" I will cancel the whole d**n thing"! His wife had to apologize for his ignorance.

My name is William and I am employeed with Mortgage Solutions LLC. I first must say I am disgusted that consumers are given the opportunity to place unsubstantiated, false, and
uneducated comments on such a respected website.

The biggest problem with reading this ridiculous "report" is the alleged "victim" had a complete different tone during a telephone conversation on or around January 23, 2007. The conversation with the "victim" seemed to have resolved any questions or concerns he/she may have had. The alleged victim/consumer has fabricated, and defamed my company, my wife, and myself in an attempt to make up for her own mistakes.

The consumer "Carla" had a difficult time comprehending information communicated to her by a number of parties involved. The fact is this was a 100% LTV. The consumer was told there would be no money down based on her boyfriend's qualifications. I feel "used" that any consumer who can purchase a $133,000 with NO MONEY DOWN and no proof of income could complain about bringing $171.00 to close.

When originally taking the application from the borrower, I calculated paying 5 days worth of interest not an entire month. The seller was unable to close for various reasons on the original date and due to scheduling conflicts with the buyer's job, the closing date was pushed to the first of the month.

Again, I had NO CONTROL over the delayed closing, however in business you KEEP YOUR WORD. The amount of money needed to close was a direct result of the closing date occuring on the 1st, and an unexpected insurance premium that was much higher than originally expected. I did keep my word and cut fees to keep my word to the borrower.

The last issue regarding property taxes is the most outrageous and false claim I have ever responded to. In the State of Oklahoma, the buyer in a real estate transaction is responsible for property taxes. The borrower in this case closed in the month of August and received a credit at closing for the time the seller had lived in the property for that calendar year. Without the credit for the property taxes the buyer would have been responsible for additional amounts of money.

This was no surprise as this information was more than adequately explained on multiple occassions. At closing, the title company made a specific point on the closing statement, asserting the buyer is receiving a credit from the seller from Jan/Aug. The fact is multiple fees were cut from the origination of the loan and the property taxes had absolutely NOTHING to do with fees be cutting or money being brought into the transaction.

The buyer for the record elected NOT to ESCROW taxes and insurance.

This experience has taught me that sometimes no matter how hard you try and help people, there are some that will never appreciate a thing you do. I have learned from this experience and feel I will be more selective on who I do business with.

There were clearly warning signs from the beginning the buyer(s) girlfriend (NOT WIFE)was someone who complained and griped about everything. I hope this information can be reviewed and information regarding this report can be deleted. In fact, the "victim" would most likely want this information removed to avoid future action by myself and others.

Look at your closing statement.

Yes, you probably did receive a bill for the whole year of taxes. Look on your closing statement. Under taxes, it should show that the seller credited back to you the taxes from Jan - Sept. Now you have to pay for the entire year because you received the money from the seller. It was probably as a deduction to your down payment, or if you were lucky enough not to put any money down, as a deduction from your mortgage.
