Edmund Gherardi sent me an email advertisment of mortgage specialty services. I contacted him and he asked very private questions to supposedly offer better mortgage options. After giving away so much private information, he sent me a full mortgage application for me to answer a whole sharade of even more private confidential bank da - by email!!! This is not customary and it upset me to even think he would ask me to do this! When I emailed him back that I dont know him from Adam and not prepared to answer anymore of his questions. I also asked, where and how did he get my work email, which would take him knowing my first and last names, knowing my company email, and knowing how my company identifies our email addresses.... Freaky! Sure enough, I got no answer from this person. I am filing a polica report and notifying my companyd to block this freak and change my email address. Do NOT do business with this company! They seem to just be a spying or gang stalking agency working for private individuals as information gatherers.

I never had any business with the person complaining

Mortgages USA never has any business with the woman complaining

Nking responded to an email regarding grant money and incentived for homebuyers in the state of Texas. We discussed home purchase options and incentives. I asked her the normal questions that is asked by every lender, do you know your credit score, where is she working, whats her income, how long has she been there, what type of loan is she looking for...... I told her that these questions help determine what program would be best for her and what incentive programs she might qualify for. Many of the programs are based on family size, income and location.

She didn't appear to get agitated until i told her that, based on her circumstances, she would not qualify for any incentive programs. She even uttered that it "sound discriminatory".

I told her that i will try to help her if she sends me a copy of a recent credit report or she completes an application and credit authorization.

I sent her the application which she did not complete. A day later it was followed by this complaint.

She never mentioned that she did not want to supply information either verbally or over the internet and she never asked me to meet with her.

I never saw a credit report or any documentation regarding nking. I don't even have her address. I did nothing but try to help her.

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. Helped many homebuyers with not just mortgages, but also grant money which other lenders didn't want to bother with, and this is my first complaint. And I never even worked with this woman.
