Complaint Review: MortgageShield USA MortgageShield Mortgage Sheilds - Chris Martinez

I signed up for help in getting a new low fixed rate for my mortgage in June 08. The cost was a bank draft of 19.99 per month. I canceled a couple months after, but each month since cancelation to current (Jan 09), I have been drafted. I have called every month only to speak to a different person, get told they are mailing a check, or when I tried to talk to Chris directly, not be able to reach or hear from Chris Martinez, etc. The company name changed on the draft info to Mortgage Sheilds recently, also.

I will now have to cancel this bank account I've had almost 30 years in order to stop Mortgage Sheild from drafting out it. I never recieved any thing else...no help...no mail...no calls, from said company.
