Complaint Review: Morvarid Moini DMD MPH Pediatric Dentist Melbourne Florida

A trial date has been set in Middlesex County Superior Court over a matter regarding a dental admissions scandal at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Evidence has been submitted proving that Dr. Morvarid Moini fraudulently received her acceptance into the pediatric program as a result of her relationship with a professor at the university, Dr. Mohammad Moini. Emails between Dr. Mohammad Moini's daughter and a defendant in the case reveal that Dr. Morvarid Moini was not accepted into the program on her own merritt.

A defendant was threatened for exposing this issue, the matter escalated, and it is now headed to trial. During the pre-trial period, Dr. Morvarid Moini claimed on her website that she was a board certified pediatric dentist. After contacting the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, I was informed this was false. Subsequent to numerous legal threats directed at Dr. Moini, the false advertising ceased and she agreed not to disclose she was board certified until she completed and passed her oral clinical exam. I will update on this case as it progresses.

For anyone considering using Dr. Moini to treat your children, please keep in mind that she is paying lawyers to remove negative reviews about her business. Many of her reviewers are from family members and fake accounts with limited reviews.
