Complaint Review: Mos Magazine Subs - Aka CMS SERVICES AKA CIC CREDIT MONITORING SVC AKA PARADISE

i called cms on 4-22-03 and told them that i had cancelled them the next day twice. she said she had to review the taped conversation. i told her i talked 3 times to people who had called.she said it didnt matter that if they didnt find the 1 that i had said cancel then they would still bill my crediot card. i told her that i had cancelled it. she said i would still be billed at my home., thats $58.24 every month for 4 years.

can you believe i would sign up for mags for 4 years especially since i have terminal cancer and wont be here this end of 2003. so please help me get my 58.24 and 58.24 that theyu charged my card that they WONT RETURN.!!!!!!!!!thank you
