I purchased a Mason Moschino purse from the Bellagio, Las Vegas store for $777.00. Every year I take my bag to the store and they would have it sent out for repairs and cleaning. The Las Vegas location closed and I tried to contact Moschino via their website but the email addresses were invalid. I tried to call the phone numbers provided on the Moschino website but they were disconnected.

I called 411 information but they did not have any current numbers available for Moschino. I called 5 different stores in Capri, Milano, Paris, Berlin, and Roma they were unable to help me and unable to provide me with any contact information. I called the Bellagio in Las Vegas and was finally able to get a working phone number for the Moschino office in New York. I called Elian Martinez voicemail every other day from Jan 26- Feb 9 with no response. I called Beth voicemail every 2 days from Feb 9 16 with no response. I left messages with operator Neil every 2 days from Feb 17- 24. I still got no response.

I was a proud sponsor of Moschino and of my unique bag but after being snubbed, I will not be used as a walking billboard for a snotty company that will not stand behind its product and does not have any regard for its customers. I told operator Neil you would think for $777.00 a company would return a phone call and provide some customer service.

About 12 days after filing and posting my complaint, Moschino finally called me.
They apologized, provided me with the information I requested and then apologized some more.
I forwarded the contact and repair information to the new owner of the bag.
Case Closed
