So I decided to give out the house for rent instead of selling it, so the money realized from it will be donated to this people as my own quota, mean while putting head together with medical researchers over here to see what vaccine can be produced to help this dieing souls. I feel for them especially the little kids among them. About the house, There is a for sale sign on it, due to the fact that I had wanted to have the house sold, but because of the reason I gave, it will be for rent. The sign will be removed by the new tenant that will be staying there. These same reasons is why the house is on the cheap side, am not really after the money, but after someone that will take good care of the place for me as if it was his/hers. I hope you are ok with the amount and a deposit of Month, that will be as upfront you will be making as your first payment. Please help me to help this once here they are dieing. I rented the house to a man, which after two weeks of his stay in my house, gave me call that he doesn't like the place. He ordered me to refund half of his money and he will send back my keys and document, I sent back half of the money and which he also did. So i wouldn't know if he changed or removed anything from the house, my fear is that, I don't know maybe he locked the house before leaving the premises. The colour of couch I left before leaving the state was a leather which has a cream, in the dining i had only the dining table with 4 chairs. There was no name on no eraser board. This is why i need some one to take care of the place for me,if I am going to rent the place out again. I just want you to trust me on this as am also trusting you on taking care of the place for me.

This is a scam I googled Mason Morgan. I just thought this all sounded way to good to be true! This is not the first time they have done this!!!!
