Motel 6 No Corporate Office and No Way To Complain Kissimmee, Florida
Dear Motel 6:
I stayed one night at the Motel 6 Maingate in Kissimmee on 1/7/12 in one room and was charged twice. The front desk said I was incorrect. I later called and was told little could be done. I have not been given a refund on my card, but I was promised that in the next few weeks it should show up. I want my money back, of course. I was charged twice within minutes, so I should not have to wait weeks for a refund. I will take steps to get my money back and keep companies from doing this. I was told this did not happen repeatedly, but I have a record. I have spent about an hour on the phone finally getting a promise of action within weeks, and that is not honest or sufficient. Contacting Customer Service is useless, and I cannot find any good information for the Corporate Offices. Stay at your own risk. For twice the price I could have done better.
