Complaint Review: Motel 6 Market Square San Antonio Texas

When I checked in I was told they only had one room available. So they must have known that the room was defective. It had a smoke alarm that kept beeping very loudly about every seven or eight seconds. I complained three times during the night and next morning and they never did anything about it. Later they admitted that they didn't have anyone there to fix it although they had told me earlier that they would send their maintenance man over to put a battery in it.

It was nerve-racking and a night without any sleep. the only reason I didn't go anywhere else was because I wasn't driving and most of the places nearby were full. When I tried to get a refund the manager Yvette Alvarez refused.
