You do not have to take my word for anything I am about to write.  Just google reviews for Mother's restaurant and you will find countless ones that back everything I am saying up.  I have first hand knowledge of what a horrible person the owner, Mark Supples, is and what he thinks about his customers.  I worked there for a year and never experienced anything like it. When I started, everyone told me not to speak directly to him, not even say hello.   

I thought that was strange since it is a very small place with few employees and he's in there everyday. In my interview he told me "sex sells" and that basically I should dress for work like I'm going out to work the corner. The whole time I worked there he barely said 2 words to me, unless he was drunk then he would make disgusting sexual comments and once implied I was a l*****n.  

I guess maybe the fact that I was not interested in sleeping with the drunk fat slob like some of the other girls there, that he assumed I must be gay. He was even worse with customers, if they had any sort of complaint they were asked if they thought he needed their business and to get the f out. Most every restaurant I've ever worked in, management will go out of their way to correct the problem and make sure the customer leaves happy, even if the complaint is not warranted.  

This guy could care less if you waited an hour for your food or anything else. I have seen cistomers leave in tears after talking to him. On the few unfortunate occasions I had to work with his shrew of a wife, she was drunk, screeching like a banshee at everyone, blaming everyone for mistakes she made because she was wasted.  They are both drunk cokeheads, egomaniacs that don't lower themselves to talk to commoners like their staff or customers.

Oh, and if you ever see them leaving when you're about to ltheyThe kitchen is a whole other story.  I have never in my life seen or worked in a kitchan as disgusting and dirty as that one. There is no way Mark is not paying off someone in the health dept. The head chef spends the majority of his shift smoking drugs in the bathroom, which if its payday you can smell in the dining room.  The rest of it he spends nodding out behind the line, yelling and screaming, and verbally abusing the females and gay guys that work there.  

One time a customer sent back food that was obviously burnt, he argued and yelled at me then forced me to take it back out to the customer.  Of course they did not eat it, I could not take it off the check so I ended up paying for it out of my pocket.  Apparently I care more about his customers than he does. I left that place crying on multiple occasions.  People need to stop patronizing this place.  

Mark Supples doesn't need your business, and he doesn't care if you didn't have a good time.  The food is mediocre and a 50% chance you will contract salmonella or e coli from eating there.  The service is mediocre, and I only give it that because the servers give away drinks and food in order to boosts their tips and because they are too drunk and wasted to keep track.  There are plenty of restaurants in Buffalo that care about and respect their employees and customers

Its Buffalo...jobs are not exactly abundant.  Cops were called. The owner is a bigwig here, cops and lawyers frequent the bar, and the cops have actually let the air out of the owners tires to prevent him from driving wasted instead of just arresting him like any other citizen.  Just stating my experience, the place was horrible, google the reviews for the restaurant from customers and most of them include a run in with the owner, mine is not a unique opinion.

 Given the body of your post, I can surmize that you are an ex employee and you are doing this as a revenge post, probably for being terminated. No one is perfect and you seem to expect everyone to be perfect. People have LIVES and PROBLEMS and to be honest it really wasnt your place to post thier personal issues on the web.

Now let me show you how much of an a*s you REALLY are. You say you worked there for a year correct? If so then that means for ATLEAST a year YOU were part of the problem. And YOU did nothing to help remedy it. If you DID NOTHING to make the situation better then YOU are just as guilty as the people you are pointing fingers at. The health dept would have liked to see what you saw, you could have taken pictures and sent them through email. But you didnt. No YOU are as bad as the people you chose to complain about.

Lastly, since you have posted your opinions as fact with NO PROOF of ANY KIND of any wrongdoing on thier part, you have opened up yourself to a nice fat lawsuit. Nope I dont work for them and im not even on the same side of the states, but I think I will do as you have done and avail myself of the power of the web and Im going to forward this report to them. They may be drunk, but im betting they aint stupid.

THEY will know who you are and since you have made a personal attack against that individual, they should have the chance to defend themselves against YOUR accusations. The web has matured and YOU have not. Maybe next time you wish to post on a media outlet and present YOUR opinions as FACT, you may stop and ask yourself to be a bit more PC friendly. If they descide to sue you , you will have NO ONE to blame BUT yourself. You will have done this to yourself.

Oh and lets be a bit real here, if ANY of your accusations about getting food poison were correct, you can bet the local health dept would be ALL OVER them for it. Odds are that you are being hypercritical and exagerating the situation in order to make you look like a better victim. I hate to say this but with all of the investigations into govt corruption, you can bet that the health dept isnt getting "paid off'. Unless you have PROOF you will have leveled accusations at a COUNTY ENTITY. How long do you think THEY will allow YOU to continue serving food after remarks like yours? Especially after the person you have so spitefully posted about talks with the health inspector.

Next time think BEFORE you post. If your going to post online, you CANNOT present your opinions as fact. Not without proof. And not to put too fine a point on this, but ppl will COMPLAIN over NOTHING!!! Thats why we cant look at online reviews. People will complain because the salt and pepper shakers were in the wrong order. SO anytime you read a online review you have to accept that 90% of what is written is just Consumer BS. People like to play the victim, it validates them. Especially when you can play the victim and the ppl you wish to complain about cant do anything against you.

 Are you a disgruntled Ex Employee or competitor?  Perhaps an "ex" relationship of the owner? Because I hope you can back up every one of your claims. Such as how 1 out of every 2 people contract E.Coli or Salmonella.

You of course in your year there took pictures of how disgusting the kitchen was right?  You of course sent these pictures to the local news media with your claims of them paying off the health department.

When the chef is spending a majority of the time doing drugs in the bathroom and this smell moving out to the dining room, you of course called the police?

It is also amazing how the waitresses and waiters are so dunk that they can't keep track of what they are serving but know enough to give away this food and drink to boost their tips.

Of course the big thing is if this place was that horrible why did you stay a year? Oh and NO I am not an employee of this resturant.  In fact I have never even been to Buffalo and until you posted this I never have even heard of it.
