MotherNature.com Order placed in Dec. 9, 2010. UPS contacted that it was broken and they returned. Still no refund. $32.62 1454842 Internet,

First order placed December 7, 2010. Order #1454842. Alive Acai Berry Juice, 2.75 oz. $32.62 total. 

December 14 UPS notified me that the package was damaged and that they are notifying the sender with the details. I contacted MotherNature and asked for a refund.

Instead they reshipped on December 22, 2010. The order arrived and again was damaged, leaking and very smelly. UPS would not pick up unless I repackaged and it was totally shattered. Again I contacted MotherNature and asked for a refund. They said they would reship again. There is no live person access, only website contact.  After multiple emails I was told, 5 times, I wold get a refund. Still nothing. It is not the amount as much as it it the horrible way in which they do business and take peoples money. I have since found multiple complaints against them.
