In my opinion, this company deceptively advertises free ringtones for download to your cell phone.  Instead, they provide a subscription service that is charged on a monthly basis, regardless of whether or not you download any ringtone.  Although their employees will suggest their advertising is clear and the cost should be known by the customers, the number of negative comments and reports of "scam" regarding this company suggest their claim of clarity is inaccurate.

It is my belief that this company engages in advertising practices intentionally driven to "capture" unsuspecting individuals looking for free ringtones.  Personally, I contacted the company within minutes of inadvertently "subscribing" to their service.  Although I had not received the ringtone I intended to download (and never did), they refused to provide a refund because they had already setup the subscription service.

In essence, I received absolutely nothing for the subscription price.  I did speak with Andrew Thomas and Ashley Davis (at 888-243-2308), but they were both adamant about the party line:  there will be no refund.  I was forced to contact my cell phone provider to try to get the fee removed.

I wish there was a way for the cell phone providers to identify this organization and refuse to offer their service or charge for their service until their deceptive practices are eliminated.  If the cell phone companies refused to do business with them, they would have no option but to clean-up their suspect marketing and operating practices.
