When I am on holiday in another country, I do not use my iPhone to browse the web.  This year has been no exception to this habit.
While I was on holiday and therefore out of the country, Motime charged my cell phone provider, and they charged me $13.00 for something I did not order and do not want. 
I phoned the number provided on my cell phone bill and found a message telling me to press "2" if I want to unsubscribe and then the number of my phone.  I got a message that I would receive a confirmation within a "few hours".
I suspect that that the best way to make the point to these parasites is to, en mass, refuse to pay the bill as passed on by the carrier.
