This guy is a total rip off. Do not use him or his company ever no matter what he tells you.  I hired him to do a series of production videos and PowerPoint presentations.  At first he was actually doing a good job and in good communication.

Then, he out of the blue stopped responding.  I finally caught up to him and he said he was moving to a new office so his computers were offline but that he would continue work.

I said no problem.  Now, month's have gone by and he stole my money and doesn't respond to my emails.

I finally got sick of it and emailed him several times asking him for the raw files that I had already paid him for and I will just dish out more money to have someone else finish the job he couldn't.

I paid him $1,000's of dollars that he just took off with.  To this day I have kept every single email from him and the one's I sent out as proof that he stole my money.  Also, he gives me a phone number and later changes it because he said it was his wife's phone number.  That was pretty shady to me but I just let it go because he was doing a good job on the video's I saw.

This guy is a complete fraud.  He may be able to do the job but to this day he hasn't responded to my emails when all it takes is 5 minutes to send me all the raw files and I'm done.

At this point I'm going to my bank to try and get my money back.

His last known location is:
9153 W 133rd Street
Overland Park, Kansas 62213

Never use this guy for anything.  Sooner or later he will get caught if enough people make the effort to complain.

If anyone needs proof of anything I have them and would be happy to see this guy go down for what he's done.  I'm sure I'm not the first victim.

He used to go under the company name Slick Media Pro but has now changed it to Motion Machine Studio.  Probably to hide himself again.

Be careful.  Do not be fooled by this guy.  He suckered me but don't let him sucker you.

Ok, I want to correct something because RIP OFF Report won't let me take this post down. I would just like to say that I have attempted to take this down but have been unsuccessful. The owner of Motion has come back to me and has offered to solve my issues that I have had. He has completely satisfied my needs at this point and I don't at all fell ripped off.  He sent me an email saying he would be happy to resolve these issues and that he was not at all trying to make me feel ripped off.

There were obviously some communication problems from both sides but all that has been fixed now and that's all I care about.I just wanted what I paid for and he has done that so I'm extremely satisfied with this company at this point.
He has clearly made the right steps to making this right and making me a happy client which I am today.

I just wanted to note that this report should not be seen as a complaint because my issues have been 100% resolved. They do great work and I feel 100% satisfied.

There are two sides to every story.

The issue presented on this "report" has been solved and proof can be provided privately upon request.

We never took money from this client without delivering. In fact, we only collected 50% of the total agreed amount per our original proposal and allowed the client more time from the 2 months clearly stated in the original agreement to provide the information we required to finalize the project.

We did have some communication issues due to the fact that this client came in at a time when our company was being re-structured (which explains the re-branding and has nothing to do with us trying to hide anything). We also moved into a new office space due to the re-structuring and growth.

At the time the client came in, work was being done in a freelance type setting and was going through the expansion into a more serious business. This explains the phone number issue, the new address, etc.

We hold nothing against this client and for the communication issues we had, we have apologized and again, have solved this matter to the client's satisfaction.

We have had many high-profile clients from the time of all of this happening and they are all very happy with the work we've done for them. We can provide references privately if needed.
