My husband's company offered a incentive for winning several contest. The incentive was trips which they purchased from Motivational Advantage, Inc. He won 2 of the vacation packages. In the package is a 2 night hotel stay, gas card, golf card and other items. We never recieved our gas card before going on our trip. I called Motivational Advantage when we got home and was informed the gas cards were on back order. I waited almost 4 months and still never heard from them.

I called yesterday to inquire about the status of these cards and had to leave a message. The owner of the company called me this morning and said that the gas card were mailed out in the month that I took my trip. I informed her that I called a month after my trip and was told they were on back order. She had no explanation of why I was told this. She said they mailed it out U.S. mail. I again told her that I never got the card. I ask if she had a tracking number or some proof so I could research it. She became very angry and started screaming at me. I ask to speak with the person in charge. She informed me that she was the owner. I replied that I could not believe that an owner would talk to a customer that way. She hung up the phone on me.

I can honestly say that I was not rude to this person and she just lost it. My husband had problem with this company in dealing with his vacation packages early on and had questions concerning their reputation. I am happy to say that his company no longer uses this company for its incentives!

I used to work for this company and unfortunatly we were advised not to confirm reservations for travelers. it was very hard to work there knowing you were lying to people and ripping them off.
I could feel your head with tons of info on how we were suppose to NOT confirm people's travel arrangments. My conscience would not let me continue to work for those people. As far as yelling, that was an every day occurance and yes, by the owner.

I got an email from Suzanne Winfield at Motivation Advantage. She stated that she would contact my husband's employer because I am reporting this matter to the BBB and the State of Florida.
