I purchased a set of exhaust pipes in Dec and when I tried to install them, the flanges had been welded on so crooked that I can't bolt them on. I sent them pictures and still have the box and all of the packaging. They refuse to send me a replacement or give me a refund and now I am out $168. The manufacturer does not deal with the public. They have removed my invoice record from their site, good thing I made a copy before they did. I also have the receipt for my purchase. Customer service has a recording so you don't actually get to talk to anyone until they return your call and then it's all done by emails which I still have. This compay is a disgrace to online shopping.

Once again, I contacted you and you failed to respond in a timely manner and then claimed it was too late even though the manufacturer would have taken them back since they had a year warranty. Why, it makes absolutely no sense. You are a disgrace to online shopping and since you keep lying, I'm going to go write even more reviews.

 I wrote this report 6 months after my purchase when your customer service informed me that you refused to do anything. She told me to try again to contact you but you still refused another month later. You failed to act or even respond for months!!! Just look at the date of my initial report and even it proves you are a liar since you claim it was a year before I even contacted you....liar!!!!!

 First of all, I purchased them in late December and tried to install them in early March. It was less than 90 days!!! I contacted you right away when I tried to install them on the bike. There was a warranty that you would not honor. It took all summer for your office to try to get you to respond to my constant requests and then finally 7 months later you flat out refused to stand by the defective pipes you sold me that were still in under warranty.

First and foremost your return came 6month to a year after your purchase.  We have guide lines for returns (link Below)

This problem was avoidable from the beginng.  I as a person order stuff only all the time.  Once you place an order online you know when the product is being shipped.  Why wait so long to inspect your merchandise?  We all know that companies have return policies in place.  This is a case of the customer (you)  neglecting to do the appropriate thing and then blaming us for your mistake. (I understand that is was a manfactures defect but again we have to have this done within a timly manner) As a dealer we have guidelines we have to follow with our suppliers.  If we have to follow guidelines ofcourse they will be pushed onto the consumer.  This is a case of pure neglagince on your behalf.  Then you want to try and make us out to be the bad guy.  I see it everyday when you order a product you need to inspect it within a couple days of recieveing not wait 6 months then say oh hey this is broken but I waitied so long that now neither one of us is able to get a satisfatory out come.  If we were to take back your item guess what we cant return it to our supplier because it took you 8 months to even open the package.  For the love of GOD read return policies before you place an order with a company for this simple reason.
