MotoeXotica Classic Cars LLC aka Scott Brandt, MotoeXotica, Joseph Burgarello Misrepresented Used Car Advertised on Ebay Fenton Missouri

My wife and I purchased a car from Scott Brandt of Motoexotica Classic Cars in 2013 (motoexotica.com) and it was grossly misrepresented.  We had to spend over $10,000 just to make it roadworthy.  It has been over two years of the car being in the shop. Joseph Burgarello, was the sales manager of Motoexotica Classic Cars.

The authorities in the state of Missouri have been notified.  Owner Scott Brandt, who you may have seen in a brief cameo appearance on Fast N Loud (Gas Monkey Garage) took months to respond and refuses to make reparations.  Additionally, he just filed a defamation law suit against me in St. Louis Court to try and stop me from posting negative reviews.  Buyer Beware!!!

LAWSUITS REQUIRED AGAINST MOTOEXOTICA TO OBTAIN "AMICABLE" RESOLUTION

#4Consumer Comment

The original filer of this Complaint tried to "amicably resolve" this dispute but when MotoExotica and Scott Brandt refused he filed a lawsuit.  It would seem as part of the terms of their settlement agreement in the lawsuit Greg had to file Greg (the victim) has to say they "amicably resolved" their dipsute.

I also have filed a lawsuit against Scott Brandt and MotoExotica and will be positng a rip off report here as well along with a copy of the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court against MotoExotica and Scott Brandt.

AMICABLY RESOLVED AFTER YOU TOOK MOTOEXOTIC TO COURT

You "amicably resolved" your issues with MotoExotica and Scott Brandt after you took them to court and had to sue them?  I don't know if that's what you'd call "stepping up to the plate" and "amicably resolving" the issues.  Unless that means every person who has a problem with this dealer has to take them to court to get an "amicable resolution.?'"

Missiouri Case number 14SL-AC00671.

This complaint has been amicably resolved!
