MotoLogic MotoShop BIG RIP OFF!!!!! They sign you up and if you don't like the product you have to change your payment method as they will not answer emails or cancel when you even call them. Nationwide

At first we thought the MotoLogic product had a lot of value so we signed up for the $49 per month for 2 months then up to $99 month. 

After the first three days my techs and I noticed it didnt have all the bells and whistles we were told it had. I have trained for 35 years in the auto industry and have been national training manager for a national company with 500 stores and frankly this was the worst scam I have ever seen.

I canceled the product within 1.5 weeks of getting it and now 6 weeks later after phone calls and emails telling them to discontinue their service still no response, today I had to go to the bank and change my card, now I get to contact all my other vendors as to the change on my card because of MotoLogic.

Don't waste your time or money, any company that is so hard up that they won't let you cancel isn't a company you want to deal with.

They came clean

After finding out that I had posted this issue all over the web they came clean and credited my last payment. Of course it was after I had to change my credit card and contact all my other vendors. If only they would have responded as quickly from my many emails and phone calls.
